Your mind is so powerful

What last night nightmares showed me

\"toddler

I had a few really bad nightmares last night.

Don’t know why and I won’t describe them because it’s not nice and dreams are meant to evaporate. Especially bad ones.

One of them was so intense it took me a while to come back to reality. And while my brain was rationalising what happened, I realised how strong and powerful our minds are.

They can distort reality and impose an imaginary version that gets transmitted down to our skin, our feet, our hearts.

We physically feel it.

So what if we could channel this power to work with us instead of destroying our sleep and leaving us with a taste of fear in our hair?

That’s why I think that taking some time to develop your vision and build deep beliefs can do so much for you, to change your life for the better.

I see it when I do the little exercise of writing down my vision and goals in the morning. I often forget (working on my habits to change that) but when I don’t, it’s so much easier to get stuff done without all the overthinking and procrastination I fight with daily.

On the contrary, I regularly see around me people held back by limiting beliefs. They are as strong, but won’t help them thrive.

So today or tomorrow, take 5 minutes to work on your vision or at least write it down to make it present in your head.

Your day might be transformed.

With Love,

Frank
