A new tool to achieve your big goals

It’s late but I finished a tool that will help fight procrastination and overwhelm.

You see, we tend to set ambitious goals, but often too big and too vague.

Weeks later, we haven’t made any progress and feel bad, heavy like a cow doing powerlifting.

That’s why all productivity guru or book will tell you to set SMART goals.

A reminder if you don’t know how goals can be smart: it’s an acronym for Specific Measurable Achievable Relevant Time-bound (thanks Google!)

Sounds good but when you stare at a blank page for hours because you don’t know how to make your goal smart, it’s painful. So you end up setting the same old goals, the dumb ones that you can’t achieve.

But I realised that there’s one trick to make them smarter: break them down into small chunks that your prehistoric brain can’t confuse with a big hairy mammoth.

“mm ok but how do I do that Frank?”

Fair question and I don’t know.

Super useful answer, right?

But I know how to solve problems, that’s my job after all (I’m a scientist if you didn’t know yet).

So tonight I decided to create a tool to help me and you break down any goal into small tasks.

The tool is live here:

I’ll let you play with it. It’s free, no sign up required, so just go and play!

If you don’t mind giving me some feedback, that would be awesome ☺️

With Love,

Frank
